Pilates is a body en mind trainingsmethod for the wholebody. Focused on strength, agility, balance and control. The goal of pilates is that the body is being trained consciously. The focus is on correct breathing techniques and being aware of posture.
The whole body wil be trained with focus on strengthening the ab- and back muscles. Stronger core muscles wil be benifical for every day life.
