Which translates to Belly, Butt and Legs in Dutch. Is a lesson all about improving those 3 muscle groups. During this lesson only those 3 muscle groups wil be given attention to. This is a pretty intense workout using all kinds of ground, balance and standing exercises. You can make the training more intense by using weigths, dynabands and many more atributes.
Every week diffrent excersises will be used to keep the body guesing.
